Family Law

Your Powers of Attorney are about your wishes and decision-making when you are alive. Powers of Attorney end when you die. Sometimes clients will have no control over the decisions regarding their health & hygiene or their property & finances due to various reasons. It is better to have a Power of Attorney in place to handle such situations. We advise our clients to prepare Power of Attorney along with a Will.
